Located in Chappell Hill, our historic building was originally constructed in 1915 as Winfield's General Store where Mr. Jack Winfield laid the foundation for serving our community. Keeping significant history, the Grapevine on Main wine bar still houses and operates the original F.E. Myers ladder, patented in 1883. More recently, the building was previously owned by the late Ken and Annie Bevers who also served Chappell Hill over the years. Our goal is to continue reaching and servicing our community that our predecessors laid before us.
We currently offer our quaint atmosphere at small-town hospitality weekly, Tuesday through Saturday. We welcome groups & clubs to use our facility for their next gathering; we would be happy to reserve tables for you! Or for a larger special event, inquire about our new private party room or entire venue rental.

Cherie Moore comes from a family of hard-working individuals who aim to honor God while serving others. Cherie learned much from her parents, the late Gary Moore and her mother, Linda Moore, while working in the family Christian bookstore, opened in 1981. Linda still operates Scripture Haven today, located in Bryan/College Station. Most of Cherie’s adult life was spent operating her own Christian retail stores from 1991 through 2018 in the north Houston area. In 2021 Cherie moved to Chappell Hill and opened Grapevine on Main. The business is slowly evolving into her vision for a beautiful gathering place, while continuing her parent’s legacy of faith and showing God’s love to others.
